About Our Practice

Led by orthopedic spine surgeon Aaron Creek, MD, the clinic provides patients with a personalized experience that puts them at the center of their care. Dr. Creek and his staff take a conservative, whole-body approach to care for neck and back pain.

Aaron Creek, MD

Aaron Creek, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon with vast expertise in the latest techniques. At The Neck and Back Institute of Florida, patients commend his compassion, talent, and patient care from beginning to end. He treats complications and injuries of any magnitude in the neck and back. 

Dr. Creek completed his training at Norton Leatherman Spine Center in Louisville, Kentucky, after earning his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. He has an interest in robotic surgery as well as revision surgeries involving the neck and back. 

At The Neck and Back Institute of Florida, Dr. Creek frequently sees patients for degenerative disc disease, disc herniation, spinal stenosis, and other causes of radiculopathy or sciatic nerve pain. He specializes in using evidence-based surgical techniques such as spinal fusion, laminectomy, ultrasonic decompression, and disc replacement to treat these complications and listens to patients at every step along the way.

From the first consultation through the follow-up visits, Dr. Creek attends to his patients’ every need. He makes sure patients are as satisfied as possible with the results of their spinal surgeries. Patients often call him one of the friendliest doctors ever due to his personality, and appointments with him are comfortable and laid-back. 

When he’s not at work connecting with patients and providing top-tier care, Dr. Creek enjoys spending time outside at the beach and with his family.

Anna Braun, APRN-BC

Anna Braun is one of the office’s nurse practitioners and has worked hand in hand with Dr. Creek for years. She is a 2004 graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, AL. She then pursued her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2015 at the University of Alabama Birmingham.

After achieving her masters, Anna moved to the Emerald Coast to put her skills to work. She brings over seven years of Nurse Practitioner experience in the spine field. Her drive for helping patients live their best life is one of the attributes we love most about her.

In her free time, Anna enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. She’s an avid runner and a great dog mom to River, Sailor, and Ranger. Come meet her in person at The Neck and Back Institute of Florida.

Ashley Logan, APRN - BC

Ashley graduated with a master's in nursing from Florida Atlantic University in 2022 and earned her bachelor's in nursing from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2018. After becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she began her career by first assisting in brain and spine surgery. As a registered nurse, Ashley gained valuable experience in intensive care units, including level one trauma and certified stroke centers. While working in critical care, she served as the head chair of the ICU Professional Practice Council. Ashley also holds and maintains critical care certification (CCRN), which has enhanced her ability to care for patients in outpatient, operative, and acute care settings. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling and trying new delicious foods. In her spare time, Ashley loves participating in Orange Theory workouts and spending time with her family.

Austin Campbell, PA-C

Austin was born in Greenville, Mississippi, and has called Destin, Florida, home for the past 25 years. He completed his undergraduate education at Delta State University before pursuing his graduate studies and physician assistant training at the University of South Alabama. Austin enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including hunting and fishing, and cherishes spending quality time with his family. His deep roots in the South and passion for the outdoors shape both his personal and professional life.
